"so I ended up getting charged again, which..."
so I ended up getting charged again, which was annoying. The billing part was frustrating, and the refund took way longer than I expected.
"Felt a bit overpriced for what it is"
I used petersons for test prep, it was okay, but I kept thinking it cost more than it should. Some of the practice materials were helpful, especially when I actually sat down and focused, which is hard enough with my dog deciding every study session is the perfect time to bark at absolutely nothing. But overall, I didn’t feel like I got enough useful stuff to justify the price. It wasn’t terrible, just not something I’d rush to pay for again.

"Helpful explanations, but feedback was a bit slow"
It really helped me understand the questions I got wrong and why I missed them. The explanations were clear and made things easier to review. I just wish the feedback came a little faster sometimes.

"I had what felt like a pretty..."
I had what felt like a simple question, but it took days for support to get back to me. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was definitely frustrating since I actually needed help at the time. What made it more annoying was that nobody really seemed to take ownership of the issue, so it just felt like I was waiting around with no clear answer.

"Didn’t really see my scores move"
I tried Peterson’s for a few weeks hoping it would give my practice scores a boost, but they pretty much stayed where they were. The questions were fine, I guess, but the explanations didn’t really help me understand what I was doing wrong. For what it costs, I expected it to be more useful than... yeah. I ended up feeling disappointed and probably wouldn’t use it again...

"Practice tests seemed helpful… until test day"
At first, I thought the practice tests were going to be useful and I felt good going through them. Then I got to the real test and, what was this? The questions didn’t match at all. It felt like I had been studying for a completely different exam.
"Easy enough for me to use"
I found Peterson's College easy to navigate overall. The search worked well for me, and the pages loaded quickly, which I appreciated. A few pieces of information took me a couple extra clicks to track down, but I didn’t find the site confusing. From my experience, it was helpful and straightforward enough...

"Practice questions added more stress than expected"
Some of the explanations were actually helpful, but a lot of the practice questions felt outdated and didn’t really match what I saw on my actual test. I went in thinking this would make me feel more prepared, but it ended up stressing me out more than I expected because I kept wondering if I was studying the wrong stuff.
